Nostalgia Train - July 12, 2001

Holy hell, what a day. It seems like we’ve been here forever, and its only been one full day. We arrived at the airport and left for our days activities… I’ve been going on about 2 hours of sleep. I’ve fully adjusted to the time —> no problem. I rule.

We went to Windsor Castle today which was breathtaking. I still can’t believe that I’m here in London. We also stopped at some park with American soil —> I can’t really remember b/c it was forever ago… it’s like I’ve had 4 days in one. It was some kind of tribute to the Magna Carta. It just blows me away how much history England has, and how much the United States has to grow. We go to Oxford tomorrow. Can’t wait to see that and get a sweatshirt! ha!

I’m so beat.

Good night

Somehow my handwriting in high school is a little better than now or maybe I’m just really feeling the memories or I know what lies ahead for me.

I still love to travel and see new places. I’ve become crankier at the airport and on airplanes, though. It’s indeed a bus in the sky.
