What an incredible day! We went to Edinburg Castle today which was great. I have to admit that it was much more appealing from the outside than inside. I saw the crown jewels which were just grand. The guide, Davina, said that they know for sure that Robert the Bruce wore the crown (the part that goes around the head at least). I got the chills looking at that.

I bought a lot of stuff today - a very pretty necklace for me of course. I also bought a kilt when we were shopping in Edinburgh. I spent so much $! Ah well, who knows if I’ll ever be here again, so whatever. We then went to the Nat’l Museum of Scotland which was very cool. It is just so gorgeous here. Tomorrow I’m sure will be an even better day.

SPOILER ALERT: I still have this kilt! A knockoff Burberry plaid print. I still occasionally wear it. The necklace, a cross, is around here somewhere. I haven’t worn crosses, etc. for a long long time. Yes, they’re beautiful and symmetrical, but I’m just not religious like that, so. Here we are.
